Special Accomodations for Our Residents Friends & Family
We value our residents and are happy to offer two "special accomodation packages" for your friends and family when they come to visit:
- Visitors can stay at Mainsail South in a fully furnished apartment. These apartments are fully equipped with a complete furniture package, housewares, bedding, linens, towels, TV and cable package, high speed internet and washer dryer. Residents - Have a friend who needs an apartment? Why not refer them to Mainsail South and when they sign the lease, you will collect $100!! Stop by the leasing office for more details.

Important numbers
For any noise complaints or non-emergency issues after hours, please call our office at 813-891-8196 and remain on the line for an operator. Your call will be responded by our courtesy officer.
For maintenance emergency issues after hours, call our office at 831-8196 and follow the voice prompts for emergency service. After hour emergencies consist of no A/C, fire, water, or flood.
